I visited this store around 1pm, and I was genuinely impressed by the team member working the floor at that time. She went out of her way to help me find a very specific item. She took the time to open multiple shipment boxes just to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Another thing that stood out was how attentive she was to every customer in the store. She made sure everyone was well taken care of with patience and kindness. Her dedication and exceptional customer service truly deserve recognition. Thank you for making the experience such a positive one!

The place is great to to on a cheap splurge. Tip: when there's heavy traffic on 78, this office is perfect to kill some time.

I LOVE this store! It is so nice and well put together. The displays are always perfect and aesthetically pleasing (employees are doing it right!) The customer service is top notch! I'm always greeted upon entry as well as informed on all clearance sales. This is my new favorite place to shop! I cannot stop raving about it to everyone. I can't forget to mention the free box I got for making an online account!!! 11/10!!

I had a great experience at this location. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Casie and Rebecca, who helped me with my last minute needs. The store was well-organized, and I found a great selection. I definitely recommend to friends and family I'll be coming back very soon.

This store is always clean & neat. Their bathroom is accessible and clean. It is self check, but staff is always available to help and they are very polite.

This is probably the best Pop shelf location I've seen. Very well stocked and super clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful in finding what I was looking for. Definitely recommend this location.

I simply love visiting this store even if I'm not shopping for a particular item(s).🤭 The store is immaculate, bright and cheery. Their prices are affordable. I saw a Dollar General truck making deliveries. Hmmm. 👀 The merchandise is excellent with name brand products. 💯 They also have refrigerated foods, jewlery, home decor, beauty essentials; gifts for every occasion, seasonal items and much more. 🤠 Try Popshelf! You'll be hooked like me. LOL

This is definitely my go-to party supply store, especially for balloons. Every time I come in, the store is always clean, well organized, and everything is easy to find. The staff is consistently so friendly and welcoming, which makes shopping here even better. This is a bit of a late review, but I still think about the Easter event they did. They had golden eggs hidden throughout the store for kids to find, and if you found one, you got a candy prize. I honestly thought that was the cutest and most thoughtful thing ever!!!
